Millennials are not the first generation to bring change to the legal workplace and puzzle partners, but in numbers, upbringing and identity they and the youngest, Gen Z, bring other generations greater challenges and fears (and vice versa). How can you all establish rapport and win the confidence of people older and younger than you? Join us for a conversation on understanding the key to sustainable multigenerational client relationships, how to connect for harmonious relationships with each generation, and finally, learn about what partners and clients want to see from potential rainmakers of diverse generations.
- Generational differences for legal marketing, tips & effective marketing approaches for younger generations
- Danger signs for possible loss of clients by neglecting the generational impact, assets each generation brings for business development & client service
- Intergenerational challenges as a sales issue
- How to achieve successful multigenerational collaboration – you can’t google it!
