Oscar Delatorre is Director of Forensics & eDiscovery for Detekted Inc, a consulting firm providing Digital Forensics, e-Discovery and Law Firm IT services. With over 18 years of IT and Forensic experience, he works with attorneys and corporations to perform forensic examinations on digital media and mobile devices for civil, corporate and criminal cases involving intellectual property theft, insurance fraud, human resource matters, bankruptcy, and divorce among others. He developed forensic lab policies and procedures, managed evidence intake processes, designed, installed and configured an eDiscovery data processing center for an advisory firm in the Southwest. He has also served as IT project manager and network administrator where he designed and implemented an off-site disaster recovery plan. Mr. Delatorre also proudly served in the United States Coast Guard Reserves where he was deployed to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba as part of the Quick Response Team.
