Mark MacDonald is senior vice president of business development at BIA, a leader in reliable, innovative and cost-effective e-discovery services. With over a decade of experience in the e-discovery industry, he has extensive knowledge in all areas of data management, including data preservation strategies, computer forensics investigations, advanced data analysis, managed attorney review and building tailored e-discovery solutions for law firms and corporate legal departments. In addition to leading BIA’s business development, Mark also manages client contract negotiations and is responsible for high-level account management for BIA’s clientele. He is a Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS).
