Jack D. Williams is the general counsel of The QTI Group, a human resources firm that provides staffing solutions, professional and executive recruiting, consulting, and partnership services to businesses and non-profit organizations. Previously Jack was in private practice where he specialized in civil litigation and appellate advocacy.
