Harsh Sutaria

Harsh Sutaria is a co-founder and chief success officer at Infinnium. He has extensive experience assisting companies with advanced technology driven solutions to respond to regulatory inquiries in multi-jurisdictional matters stemming out of Europe, Asia and the United States. He was involved in various landmark cases such as the long-running investigation into the manipulation of interbank interest rates (Euribor/Libor) and the FCPA probe into bribery and corruption involving the African government.  Harsh is a member of the EDRM Advisory Council as well as a contributor to a best practice document for EDRM/Duke Law on the use of TAR for eDiscovery.
