David Freskos and Shannon Murphy

David Freskos is a Senior Director at FTI Technology, and provides expert computer forensic and e-discovery consulting services to legal teams in support of investigations, litigation, and other types of matters. David specializes in complex data collections from mobile devices, social media and cloud-based storage.  Shannon Murphy is an Associate at Winston & Strawn, LLP, and focuses her practice on white collar criminal matters, government investigations, corporate internal investigations, and complex civil litigation. Shannon’s experience includes researching and drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, and other civil submissions as well as criminal sentencing memoranda, and arguing complex motions.
