David Hejna is General Counsel, Vice President and Secretary of kCura, developers of the e-discovery software Relativity. He has over 35 years of experience with prominent law firms and corporate legal departments, including McGuireWoods LLP, Barnes & Thornburg LLP, and JMB Realty Corporation. David’s areas of expertise include general corporate work, acquisitions, financing and investment work, intellectual property matters, employment law matters, general transaction work, research and counseling on antitrust issues, data privacy, e-commerce and international law issues, insurance coverage and risk management matters, legal research, dispute resolution and litigation work. David holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Michigan Law School. He is the member of Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) and Illinois Bar Association.
