Clint Crosier

Clint Crosier is Associate General Counsel at iManage. Clint handles domestic and international commercial contracts and provides counsel with regard to risk exposure and other wide-ranging legal and operational issues. In addition, Clint advises iManage ownership regarding corporate governance and compliance matters. For a number of years, Clint was also an adjunct faculty member in the Business Enterprise Law Clinic at The John Marshall Law School where he supervised students in connection with the transactional representation of clients with limited financial resources. Before joining iManage, Clint was a corporate associate at Reed Smith LLP.
