Lisa Banks and Betsy Miller

Lisa Banks is a certified leadership coach, facilitator, and mindfulness teacher committed to resilient leadership.  A former practicing attorney, Ms. Banks is co-founder of Optify, a woman-led leadership development and technology company that develops the next generation of leaders through scaled and accessible coaching programs. Betsy A. Miller is the Chair of Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll’s Public Client practice, where she represents State Attorneys General as their outside counsel in consumer protection litigation.  She speaks and writes nationally on leadership, presence and change management. Ms. Miller holds certificates in leadership coaching and leveraging polarities.
