BernieSez: A User’s Story

I first learned of while listening to a local radio show and thought the idea behind it was very interesting. A few months later I received a traffic ticket while traveling through a small town a few hours away.

I have a very busy schedule and don’t have time to travel to appear in traffic court or seek out legal services in a town I have never been to before. After doing a search for information on, I sent them my ticket info and the details of my case.

After a few days I hadn’t heard from anyone and decided to log on to the site and use the “chat” feature to inquire why no one had contacted me. I was instantly in contact with the representative who had a long and very informative conversation with me, explaining how things worked and why I hadn’t been contacted by anyone. That chat led to a great conversation between Terrance and myself.

To make a long story short, he stayed in touch with me constantly until I had been contacted and he continued to stay in touch throughout the entire process to make sure I was being helped and was completely satisfied with my service.

I ended up with a great lawyer who took every step to make sure my result was the best possible solution for my case, and he walked me through every step. After my case was over, my lawyer informed me he had gotten my fine and court cost reduced after the fact, and he overnighted me a check for the amount. That may seem normal for many, but in this day and age it is rare to find good, honest people who genuinely care about doing the right thing.

In the end I was blown away at the service I received from and have gone above and beyond to tell people about my experience and refer anyone I can.
