In this episode of The Kennedy-Mighell Report, Dennis Kennedy and Tom Mighell discuss the Forum on Legal Evolution, some of the ideas about technology presented at the conference, and what this conference and organization might mean for the future of the practice of law.
By way of background, the initial Forum on Legal Evolution was held on February 26, 2014. This conference and continuing organization was put together by Bill Henderson, Dan Katz, Bruce McEwen and others. It grew out of efforts known as ReinventLaw and other future-looking projects related to the practice of law and the delivery of legal services. Dennis Kennedy was one of the attendees.
